Jane has spent over 20 years working across a wide range of areas in Human Resources, including operations, strategy, performance management, industrial relations, change management, structure/ frameworks and project management while working in numerous Newcastle based organisations.
For 15 years Megan has worked in HR roles for various organisations in Sydney, London and Newcastle. Her experience spans across a large range of HR functions and having taken on a number of contract roles has helped her to develop an ability to quickly understand the varied business needs.
